BOARD COMMITTEE
The Audit Committee of Mondo TV Studios is an internal informative and advisory body created by the Board of Directors of the Company, without executive functions, with powers of information, advice and proposal within its scope of action. It is currently made up of 3 councelors:
Patricia Motilla
President of Board Committee
Partner of Andersen and head of the Culture, Sports and Entertainment area. She specialized in advising Investment Banking clients and in institutional advice for Financial Entities. She is also an advisory specialist in the film, theater and live entertainment industry, having been involved in the corporate structuring of several production companies, as well as advising on the financing of foreign and national productions.
Term of office: 4 years, until September 27, 2025
Matteo Corradi
Secretary
Degree in Political Science from LUISS in Rome. Matteo Corradi has a long track record in the audiovisual industry, as well as extensive experience in investor relations. He is currently the CEO of the Mondo TV Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mondo TV France, Mondo TV Suisse and Mondo TV Studios.

Jesús García-Quílez
Board member
Executive MBA IIST, Diploma en Corporate Performance Harvard Business School. C-level roles en Finanzas y Estrategia. Tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en mercados financieros internacionales y financiación de proyectos en el sector de energía, construcción, ingeniería y tecnologías.
